Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 467
وَلِابْنِ حِبَّانَ: { مَنْ أَدْرَكَ اَلصُّبْحَ وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَا وِتْرَ لَهُ } 1 .1 - أي: من حديث أبي سعيد، وهو صحيح أيضا. رواه ابن حبان (2408).
English Translation
Ibn Hibban has:: 'Whosoever reaches the dawn, and he did not offer Witr, then there is no Witr for him.'
