Assalamu Alaikum! Welcome to Islamic Nexus, a platform dedicated to providing free Islamic educational resources as Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity).
By accessing or using islamicnexus.org (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Purpose & Mission
Islamic Nexus is a non-commercial, educational platform operated as a charitable service (Sadaqah Jariyah) to:
- Provide access to the Holy Quran with translations and tafsir
- Share authentic Hadith collections
- Offer Islamic educational resources and books
- Support Islamic learning and Da'wah (outreach)
- Facilitate prayer times and Islamic daily practices
This platform does not generate revenue and is maintained purely for the sake of Allah (SWT).

You agree to use Islamic Nexus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any commercial purposes
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce content without proper attribution
- Use the Platform to spread misinformation or non-Islamic content

- Misrepresent Islamic teachings or spread false information

4. Content & Intellectual Property
4.1 Third-Party Content
The Platform contains Quran translations, Hadith collections, books, and other Islamic resources from various scholars and translators. All content is attributed to its original sources and used in accordance with Islamic educational fair use principles.
4.2 Our Content
Original content created by Islamic Nexus (website design, code, compilations, organization) is provided free for personal use and Da'wah purposes. You may:
- Share links to our Platform
- Reference our content with proper attribution
- Use our resources for personal Islamic learning
4.3 Attribution
When sharing or referencing content from Islamic Nexus, please provide proper attribution to both our Platform and the original scholars/translators. See our Sources & Attributions page for details.
5. User Accounts
If you create an account on Islamic Nexus:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and truthful information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- You can delete your account at any time
