Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 242
وَلِلْبَيْهَقِيِّ نَحْوُهُ : عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ 1 .1 - صحيح موقوفا . رواه البيهقي (2/19) ولفظه : "المؤذن أملك بالأذان ، والإمام أملك بالإقامة ".
English Translation
al-Baihaqi has reported a similar narration from the saying of 'Ali (RA).
