Ayah Study

And who does more wrong than the one who invents a lie against Allâh, while he is being invited to Islâm? And Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers and disbelievers) folk.

And [this happened, too,] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said: O children of Israel! Behold, I am an apostle of God unto you, [sent] to confirm the truth of whatever there still remains of the Torah, and to give [you] the glad tiding of an apostle who shall come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad.

اور اس سے ظالم کون کہ بلایا تو جائے اسلام کی طرف اور وہ خدا پر جھوٹ بہتان باندھے۔ اور خدا ظالم لوگوں کو ہدایت نہیں دیا کرتا

{ وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ } بهذا وغيره، والحال أنه لا عذر له، وقد انقطعت حجته، لأنه { يُدْعَى إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ } ويبين له ببراهينه وبيناته، { وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ } الذين لا يزالون على ظلمهم مستقيمين، لا تردهم عنه موعظة، ولا يزجرهم بيان ولا برهان، خصوصا هؤلاء الظلمة القائمين بمقابلة الحق ليردوه، ولينصروا الباطل.

ولا أحد أشد ظلمًا وعدوانًا ممن اختلق على الله الكذب، وجعل له شركاء في عبادته، وهو يُدعى إلى الدخول في الإسلام وإخلاص العبادة لله وحده. والله لا يوفِّق الذين ظلموا أنفسهم بالكفر والشرك، إلى ما فيه فلاحهم.

يقول تعالى ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله الكذب وهو يدعى إلى الإسلام أي لا أحد أظلم ممن يفتري الكذب على الله ويجعل له أندادا وشركاء وهو يدعى إلى التوحيد والإخلاص ولهذا قال تعالى والله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين.

The Most Unjust among all People Allah said, وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعَى إِلَى الإِسْلاَمِ (And who does more wrong than the one who invents a lie against Allah, while he is being invited to Islam) meaning, none is more unjust than he who lies about Allah and calls upon rivals and associates partners with Him, even while he is being invited to Tawhid and sincerely worshipping Him. This is why Allah said, وَاللَّهُ لاَ يَهْدِى الْقَوْمَ الظَّـلِمِينَ (And Allah guides not the people who are wrongdoers.) Allah said, يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِئُواْ نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَهِهِمْ (They intend to put out the Light of Allah with their mouths.) indicating that the disbelievers will try to contradict the truth with falsehood. Their attempts are similar to one's attempt to extinguish the sun with his mouth, which is impossible. Likewise is the case of their attempt to extinguish truth. So Allah said, يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِئُواْ نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَـفِرُونَ - هُوَ الَّذِى أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ (But Allah will bring His Light to perfection even though the disbelievers hate (it). He it is Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to make it victorious over all (other) religions even though the idolators hate (it).) سطوت و اتمام نور ارشاد ہے کہ جو شخص اللہ تعالیٰ پر جھوٹ افترا باندھے اور اس کے شریک وسہیم مقرر کرے اس سے بڑھ کر کوئی ظالم نہیں اگر یہ شخص بیخبر ہوتا جب بھی ایک بات تھی یہاں تو یہ حالت ہے کہ وہ توحید اور اخلاص کی طرف برابر بلایا جا رہا ہے، بھلا ایسے ظالموں کی قسمت میں ہدایت کہاں ؟ ان کفار کی چاہت تو یہ ہے کہ حق کو باطل سے رد کردیں، ان کی مثال بالکل ایسی ہی ہے جیسے کوئی سورج کی شعاع کو اپنے منہ کی پھونک سے بےنور کرنا ہے، جس طرح اس کے منہ کی پھونک سے سورج کی روشنی کا جاتا رہنا محال ہے۔ اسی طرح یہ بھی محال ہے کہ اللہ کا دین ان کفار سے رد ہوجائے، اللہ تعالیٰ فیصلہ کرچکا ہے کہ وہ اپنے نور کو پورا کر کے ہی رہے گا، کافر برا مانیں تو مانتے رہیں۔ اس کے بعد اپنے رسول ﷺ اور اپنے دین کی حقانیت کو واضح فرمایا، ان دونوں آیتوں کی پوری تفسیر سورة برات میں گذر چکی ہے۔ فالحمد اللہ
