Ayah Study

And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvests) that are reaped.

thus offering an insight and a reminder unto every human being who willingly turns unto God.

اور آسمان سے برکت والا پانی اُتارا اور اس سے باغ وبستان اُگائے اور کھیتی کا اناج

وحاصل هذا، أن ما فيها من الخلق الباهر، والشدة والقوة، دليل على كمال قدرة الله تعالى، وما فيها من الحسن والإتقان، وبديع الصنعة، وبديع الخلقة دليل على أن الله أحكم الحاكمين، وأنه بكل شيء عليم، وما فيها من المنافع والمصالح للعباد، دليل على رحمة الله، التي وسعت كل شيء، وجوده، الذي عم كل حي، وما فيها من عظم الخلقة، وبديع النظام، دليل على أن الله تعالى، هو الواحد الأحد، الفرد الصمد، الذي لم يتخذ صاحبة ولا ولدًا، ولم يكن له كفوًا أحد، وأنه الذي لا تنبغي العبادة، والذل [والحب] إلا له تعالى.وما فيها من إحياء الأرض بعد موتها، دليل على إحياء الله الموتى، ليجازيهم بأعمالهم، ولهذا قال: { وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَيْتًا كَذَلِكَ الْخُرُوجُ }

ونزَّلنا من السماء مطرًا كثير المنافع، فأنبتنا به بساتين كثيرة الأشجار، وحب الزرع المحصود.

" أي نافعا "فأنبتنا به جنات" أي حدائق من بساتين ونحوها "وحب الحصيد" وهو الزرع الذي راد لحبه وادخاره.

Allah's Power and Ability over what is Greater than Resurrection Allah the Exalted notifies the servants of His infinite power, which He demonstrated by creating what is bigger than that which they wondered about and whose possibility they discount, أَفَلَمْ يَنظُرُواْ إِلَى السَّمَآءِ فَوْقَهُمْ كَيْفَ بَنَيْنَـهَا وَزَيَّنَّـهَا (Have they not looked at the heaven above them, how We have made it and adorned it,) with lamps; وَمَا لَهَا مِن فُرُوجٍ (and there are no Furuj in it) i.e., clefts, according to Mujahid. Others said that Furuj means, rifts, or cracks. All these meanings are close to one another. Allah the Exalted and Most Honored said, الَّذِى خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَـوَتٍ طِبَاقًا مَّا تَرَى فِى خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَـنِ مِن تَفَـوُتٍ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَى مِن فُطُورٍ - ثُمَّ اْرجِعِ البَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ البَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٌ (Who has created the seven heavens one above another; you can see no fault in the creation of the Most Gracious. Then look again: "Can you see any rifts" Then look again and yet again, your sight will return to you in a state of humiliation and worn out.) (67:2-4) fatigued, unable to discover any imperfection or shortcomings. The statement of Allah the Exalted, the Blessed, وَالاٌّرْضَ مَدَدْنَـهَا (And the earth! We have spread it out, ) means, `We made it spacious and spread it out,' وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَسِيَ (and set thereon Rawasi standing firm.) which are the mountains to save the earth from shaking along with its inhabitants, وَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ بَهِيجٍ (and We planted in it every lovely (Bahij) pair.) every kind and species of plant, fruit and vegetation, وَمِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ (And of everything We have created pairs that you may reflect.)(51:49) Allah's saying `Bahij', meaning a beautiful scene, تَبْصِرَةً وَذِكْرَى لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُّنِيبٍ (An insight and a Reminder for every servant who turns to Allah in repentance.) Allah says that observing the creation of the heavens and earth and all the great things that He has placed in them provides insight, proof and a lesson for every penitent servant who submits in humbleness and repentance to Allah feeling fear, in awe of Him. Allah the Exalted said, وَنَزَّلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً مُّبَـرَكاً (And We send down blessed water from the sky,) meaning beneficial, فَأَنبَتْنَا بِهِ جَنَّـتٍ (then We produce therewith Jannat), means special and public parks, gardens, etc. وَحَبَّ الْحَصِيدِ (and grain that are reaped) grains that are harvested for food and for storage for later use, بَـسِقَـتٍ (And date palms Basiqat,) meaning, tall and high, according to the explanation reported from Ibn `Abbas, Mujahid, `Ikrimah, Al-Hasan, Qatadah and As-Suddi. Allah said, لَّهَا طَلْعٌ نَّضِيدٌ (with arrranged clusters.) producing fruits arranged in clusters, رِّزْقاً لِّلْعِبَادِ (A provision for (Allah's) servants.) for (Allah's) creation, وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتاً (And We give life therewith to a dead land.) this is the land that was barren. However, when rain falls upon it, it is stirred to life; it swells and produces all of the lovely pairs such as flowers and the like -- amazing on account of their beauty. All of this comes into existence after the land was without greenery, yet it was stirred back to life and became green. Indeed, this should provide proof of Resurrection after death and disintegration; thus Allah resurrects the dead. This sign of Allah's ability that is seen and witnessed is greater than the denial of those who discount the possibility of Resurrection. Allah the Exalted and Most Honored said in other Ayat, لَخَلْقُ السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ أَكْـبَرُ مِنْ خَلْقِ النَّاسِ (The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of mankind;) (40:57), أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذِى خَلَقَ السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ وَلَمْ يَعْىَ بِخَلْقِهِنَّ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَى أَن يُحْىِ الْمَوْتَى بَلَى إِنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ (Do they not see that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and was not wearied by their creation, is able to give life to the dead Yes, He surely is Able to do all things.)(46:33) and, وَمِنْ ءَايَـتِهِ أَنَّكَ تَرَى الاٌّرْضَ خَـشِعَةً فَإِذَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْهَا الْمَآءَ اهْتَزَّتْ وَرَبَتْ إِنَّ الَّذِى أَحْيَـهَا لَمُحْىِ الْمَوْتَى إِنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ (And among His signs (is this), that you see the earth barren; but when We send down water to it, it is stirred to life and growth. Verily, He Who gives it life, surely is able to give life to the dead. Indeed He is Able to do all things.)(41:39)

اللہ کے محیر العقول شاہکار یہ لوگ جس چیز کو ناممکن خیال کرتے تھے پروردگار عالم اس سے بھی بہت زیادہ بڑھے چڑھے ہوئے اپنی قدرت کے نمونے پیش کر رہا ہے کہ آسمان کو دیکھو اس کی بناوٹ پر غور کرو اس کے روشن ستاروں کو دیکھو اور دیکھو کہ اتنے بڑے آسمان میں ایک سوراخ، ایک چھید، ایک شگاف، ایک دراڑ نہیں چناچہ سورة تبارک میں فرمایا آیت (الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ طِبَاقًا ۭ مَا تَرٰى فِيْ خَلْقِ الرَّحْمٰنِ مِنْ تَفٰوُتٍ ۭ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ ۙ هَلْ تَرٰى مِنْ فُطُوْرٍ) 67۔ الملک :3) ، اللہ وہ ہے جس نے سات آسمان اوپر تلے پیدا کئے تو اللہ کی اس صفت میں کوئی خلل نہ دیکھے گا تو پھر نگاہ ڈال کر دیکھ لے کہیں تجھ کو کوئی خلل نظر آتا ہے ؟ پھر بار بار غور کر اور دیکھ تیری نگاہ نامراد اور عاجز ہو کر تیری طرف لوٹ آئے گی۔ پھر فرمایا زمین کو ہم نے پھیلا دیا اور بچھا دیا اور اس میں پہاڑ جما دئیے تاکہ ہل نہ سکے کیونکہ وہ ہر طرف سے پانی سے گھری ہوئی ہے اور اس میں ہر قسم کی کھیتیاں پھل سبزے اور قسم قسم کی چیزیں اگا دیں جیسے اور جگہ ہے ہر چیز کو ہم نے جوڑ جوڑ پیدا کیا تاکہ تم نصیحت و عبرت حاصل کرو۔ (بھیج) کے معنی خوشنما، خوش منظر، بارونق۔ پھر فرمایا آسمان و زمین اور ان کے علاوہ قدرت کے اور نشانات دانائی اور بینائی کا ذریعہ ہیں ہر اس شخص کے لئے جو اللہ سے ڈرنے والا اور اللہ کی طرف رغبت کرنے والا ہو پھر فرماتا ہے ہم نے نفع دینے والا پانی آسمان سے برسا کر اس سے باغات بنائے اور وہ کھیتیاں بنائیں جو کاٹی جاتی ہیں اور جن کے اناج کھلیان میں ڈالے جاتے ہیں اور اونچے اونچے کھجور کے درخت اگا دئیے جو بھرپور میوے لادتے اور لدے رہتے ہیں یہ مخلوق کی روزیاں ہیں اور اسی پانی سے ہم نے مردہ زمین کو زندہ کردیا وہ لہلہانے لگی اور خشکی کے بعد تروتازہ ہوگئی۔ اور چٹیل سوکھے میدان سرسبز ہوگئے یہ مثال ہے موت کے بعد دوبارہ جی اٹھنے کی اور ہلاکت کے بعد آباد ہونے کی یہ نشانیاں جنہیں تم روزمرہ دیکھ رہے ہو کیا تمہاری رہبری اس امر کی طرف نہیں کرتیں ؟ کہ اللہ مردوں کے جلانے پر قادر ہے چناچہ اور آیت میں ہے آیت (لَخَــلْقُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ اَكْبَرُ مِنْ خَلْقِ النَّاسِ وَلٰكِنَّ اَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُوْنَ 57؀) 40۔ غافر :57) یعنی آسمان و زمین کی پیدائش انسانی پیدائش سے بہت بڑی ہے اور آیت میں ہے آیت (اَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَلَمْ يَعْيَ بِخَلْقِهِنَّ بِقٰدِرٍ عَلٰٓي اَنْ يُّـحْيِۦ الْمَوْتٰى ۭ بَلٰٓي اِنَّهٗ عَلٰي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ 33؀) 46۔ الأحقاف :33) یعنی کیا وہ نہیں دیکھتے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے آسمانوں اور زمینوں کو پیدا کردیا اور ان کی پیدائش سے نہ تھکا کیا وہ اس پر قادر نہیں کہ مردوں کو جلا دے ؟ بیشک وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ فرماتا ہے آیت (وَمِنْ اٰيٰتِهٖٓ اَنَّكَ تَرَى الْاَرْضَ خَاشِعَةً فَاِذَآ اَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْهَا الْمَاۗءَ اهْتَزَّتْ وَرَبَتْ ۭ اِنَّ الَّذِيْٓ اَحْيَاهَا لَمُحْىِ الْمَوْتٰى ۭ اِنَّهٗ عَلٰي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ 39؀) 41۔ فصلت :39) ، یعنی تو دیکھتا ہے کہ زمین بالکل خشک اور بنجر ہوتی ہے ہم آسمان سے پانی برساتے ہیں جس سے وہ لہلہانے اور پیداوار اگانے لگتی ہے کیا یہ میری قدرت کی نشانی نہیں بتاتی ؟ کہ جس ذات نے اسے زندہ کردیا وہ مردوں کے جلانے پر بلاشک و شبہ قادر ہے یقینًا وہ تمام تر چیزوں پر قدرت رکھتی ہے۔
