Ayah 1Juz 1

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

شروع الله کا نام لے کر جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے

In the Name of Allâh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Ayah 2Juz 1

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

سب طرح کی تعریف خدا ہی کو (سزاوار) ہے جو تمام مخلوقات کا پروردگار ہے

The Noble Quran

All the praises and thanks be to Allâh, the Lord1 of the ‘Âlamîn (mankind, jinn and all that exists).2

ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا

The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

مَٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ

انصاف کے دن کا حاکم

The Noble Quran

The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)

Ayah 5Juz 1

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

Fatah Muhammad Jalandhari

(اے پروردگار) ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور تجھ ہی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں

The Noble Quran

You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything).

ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ

ہم کو سیدھے رستے چلا

Guide us to the Straight Way.1

Ayah 7Juz 1

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

ان لوگوں کے رستے جن پر تو اپنا فضل وکرم کرتا رہا نہ ان کے جن پر غصے ہوتا رہا اور نہ گمراہوں کے

The Noble Quran

The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace1 , not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger 2 (i.e. those who knew the Truth, but did not follow it) nor of those who went astray (i.e. those who did not follow the Truth out of ignorance and error). 3, 4
