Full Sharh — Riyad as-Salihin 860
وعن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : “لا يُبلغني أحد من أصحابي عن أحد شيءا، فإني أحب أن أخرج إلىكم وأنا سليم الصدر". ((رواه أبوداود والترمذي))
English Translation
Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) said:: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "None of my Companions should convey to me anything regarding another because I desire to meet everyone of you with a clean heart.".
