Full Sharh — Riyad as-Salihin 662
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "من مات ولم يغزُ، ولم يحدث نفسه بالغزو، مات على شعبة من النفاق" ((رواه مسلم)).
English Translation
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who dies without having fought in the Cause of Allah or without having thought of doing so, will die with one characteristic of hypocrisy in him.".
