Full Sharh — Riyad as-Salihin 64
وعن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "البركة تنزل وسط الطعام، فكلوا من حافتيه ولا تأكلوا من وسطه".((رواه أبو داود والترمذي))
English Translation
Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Blessing descends upon food in its middle, so eat from the sides of the vessel and do not eat from its middle." .
