Full Sharh — Mishkat al-Masabih 4374
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ لَعِقَ الْعَسَلَ ثَلَاثَ غَدَوَاتٍ فِي كلِّ شهر لم يصبهُ عَظِيم الْبلَاء»
English Translation
He reported God’s messenger as saying:: “If anyone licks honey three mornings every month, he will not be afflicted with any serious trouble.”
