Full Sharh — Mishkat al-Masabih 2887
وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
English Translation
Jabir reported the Prophet as saying, “What is given in life-tenancy:: is part of the inheritance of those who receive it.” Muslim transmitted it.
