Full Sharh — Mishkat al-Masabih 2739
وَعنهُ قَالَ: نهى رَسُول الله عَن بيع فضل المَاء. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
English Translation
He said that God’s Messenger forbade the sale of excess water. Muslim transmitted it.
