Full Sharh — Mishkat al-Masabih 2255
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الَّذِينَ إِذا أحْسَنوا استبشَروا وإِذا أساؤوا اسْتَغْفَرُوا» . رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي الدَّعَوَاتِ الْكَبِير
English Translation
‘A’isha said that the Prophet used to say, “O God, put me among those who, when they do good are glad, and when they do evil ask pardon.” Ibn Majah and Baihaqi, in ad-Da'awat al-kabir, transmitted it.
