Full Sharh — Mishkat al-Masabih 1195
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «بَادرُوا الصُّبْح بالوتر» . وَرَاه مُسلم
English Translation
He reported the Prophet as saying, "Hasten to pray a witr before morning.” Muslim transmitted it.
