Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 1431
إِلَيَّ. وَفِي هَذَا اَلْحَدِيثِ: { أَنَّ رَجُلًا شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ رَآهُ يَتَقَيَّأْ اَلْخَمْرَ, فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَقَيَّأْهَا حَتَّى شَرِبَهَا } 1 .1 - صحيح رواه مسلم (1707).
English Translation
In this hadith also a man witnessed that he had seen him vomiting wine, 'Uthman (RAA) said:: 'He would not have vomited it, unless that he had drunk it.'
