Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 1305
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَبِيتَنَّ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ اِمْرَأَةٍ, إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَاكِحًا, أَوْ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ. } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (2171).
English Translation
Narrated Jabir (RA):: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "A man must not spend the night in the house of woman unless he is her husband or a Mahram." .
