Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 1190
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -لَعَنَ اَلْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ , وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح . رواه البخاري (5940) ، ومسلم (2124).
English Translation
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA):: "The Prophet (ﷺ) cursed the woman who joins false hair to her real hair and the one who asks for it to be done to her; and the woman who tattoos (others) and the one who has it done (for her). .
