Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 1049
وَعَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ اَلضَّحَّاكِ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ اَلْمُزَارَعَةِ 1 بِالْمُؤَاجَرَةِ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ أَيْضًا 2 .1 - سقط من " أ " ولكنها ثابتة في " الأصل "، و " صحيح مسلم ".2 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1549 ) ( 119 ).
English Translation
Narrated Thabit bin Dahhak (RA):: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade al-Muzara'ah (employing people on land for a share of the produce), and ordered al-Mu'ajara (renting it out for cash). .
