Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 973
وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ: { نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا, نَهَى اَلْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2194 )، ومسلم ( 3 / 1165 / رقم 1534 ).
English Translation
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA):: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruits till they appear to ripe, forbidding it both to the seller and to the buyer. .
