Full Sharh — Bulugh al-Maram 944
وَأَخْرَجَهُ أَيْضاً مَوْقُوفاً عَلَى اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ بِإِسْنَادٍ قَوِيٍّ, وَرَجَّحَهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ 1 .1 - المراسيل ( 182 )، وانظر سنن البيهقي ( 5 / 340 ).
English Translation
He also reported it Mawquf (as a saying of a Companion, i.e.) Ibn 'Abbas with a strong chain of narrators, and al-Baihaqi held it to the most correct narration.
