Full Sharh — Musnad Ahmad 1064

English Translation

It was narrated that ash-Shaʼbi said:: Muhammad (ﷺ) cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who pays it, the one who writes it down, the one who witnesses it, the woman who does tattoos and the woman who gets tattoos done. Ibn ‘Awn said: Except in the case of illness? He said: Yes. ... the one who marries a woman and divorces her so that she becomes permissible for her first husband, and the one for whom that is done, and the one who withholds zakah. And he forbade wailing (for the dead). He did not say curse. I said: Who told you? He said: al-Harith al-A’war al-Hamdani.
