Full Sharh — Musnad Ahmad 827
حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً فَأَمَرْتُ رَجُلًا فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ فِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ.
English Translation
‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:: I was a man who emitted a great deal of madhi, and I told a man to ask the Prophet (ﷺ) about that. He said: `Wudoo’ should be done for that.”
